My order showed up on time, which was nice, but I was a little disappointed when I saw the box. It was bashed up, and there really wasn’t much padding inside to protect the item. Thankfully, nothing was damaged, but I kind of regret not buying from somewhere that packs things more carefully, especially for the price

I went to Andertons to try out a few guitars and amps before deciding what to buy, and it was a really good experience. The testing rooms made such a difference, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The staff were helpful getting everything set up, then gave me space to just play around, which I really appreciated. It’s so much better being able to actually hear and feel the gear properly rather than guessing from videos online. I’d definitely go back next time I’m looking for new gear. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Product info was spot on"
I ordered a pedal from Andertons the product page made the whole thing really straightforward. The specs, power requirements, and what was included in the box were all clearly listed, and everything matched up perfectly when it arrived.

It was just nice not having any surprises or missing details, because it made me feel confident I’d picked the right thing. Little stuff like that makes a big difference, and I came away feeling really happy with the whole experience.

The staff were genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. No pushy sales stuff at all, just helpful and happy to answer the questions I had. It made the whole thing feel really relaxed. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny dog-shaped sticker on the counter, which stuck in my head for some reason. Anyway, I’d happily use Andertons again.

"Strat Plays So Much Better Now"
I took my Strat in for a setup it came back feeling like a different guitar. The action is just right, there’s no buzzing anymore, and it’s simply easier to play. The staff were friendly and actually explained what they’d done, which I appreciated. If a guitar isn’t feeling quite right, a proper setup just makes sense. Really happy with the work and I’d definitely use Andertons again

I’ve been into a few guitar shops before where I felt a bit awkward asking questions, but these guys were great. The staff answered everything straight away and didn’t make me feel silly at all. Proper helpful bunch and they really seemed to know their stuff.

Popped into Andertons to try a few guitars and, i was half expecting the usual awkward hovering or sales pressure, but that didn’t really happen. The staff mostly left me alone, which I appreciated, and when I did need help they were easy enough to grab and knew what they were talking about. The whole buying bit was straightforward too. I’m usually quick to notice when a shop feels pushy or annoying, but there wasn’t much to complain about here.

I had a question about an order so I messaged Andertons, and they got back to me way quicker than I thought they would. The person I spoke to was really friendly and actually answered my question properly, not just some copy and paste reply which was nice. Got everything sorted without any hassle at all. Really Happy with the service and I’d definitely use them again.

"Finance was sooo quick and easy!!"
I applied for finance on a guitar and honestly... it was all really straightforward!! Took just a few minutes, got an answer quickly, and there was no messing about at all. Andertons kept me updated the whole way, checkout was simple, and everything just went smoothly!!! Really happy with how easy it all was.

The whole site just felt really easy to deal with. I found what I needed quickly, the filters did what they were supposed to, and checkout was simple. No weird hassle or anything, and it worked fine on my phone too. I’d definitely use it again.

In the end, everything went through fine and I was happy with the trade-in. I sent an old pedal to Andertons, got a fair quote, and the payment came through without any hassle. It did take a little longer than I expected to hear back at first, which had me wondering what was going on, but once things got moving the staff were helpful and easy to deal with
